The Mens Bayern Munich 1997/99 Home Retro Shirt revives the navy home design of the late 1990s, crossed by a wide red band that wraps from the chest into the sleeves. White panels run from the collar over the shoulders, and a white turned-down collar carries red and grey trim around a V opening. Red cuffs close the sleeve ends with darker stripes running through them, and the navy lower body reads a shade deeper where the light falls across it. On the chest, the round badge shows a red outer ring around a paler centre, placed opposite the white adidas wordmark. A small square woven label is stitched near the lower hem and a white tag sits at the back of the neck. The shirt lies flat on artificial turf for the photograph. It appeals to collectors drawn to late 1990s German league styling with strong colour blocking, wide horizontal bands and white shoulder panels.
