Horizontal quilted seams travel down the body and along the sleeves, and an attached padded hood sits over a stand collar closed by a full-length zip with an extended pull tab. Even rows of stitching cross the chest, back and arms, holding the padded fill in a regular quilted pattern. The cuffs are elasticated and the hem is cut straight, which keeps the longline shape tidy when the jacket is worn open.
